Leading Employers Group: The Leading Employers Group was established by the Rotorua Business Chamber and includes over 100 local businesses. It serves as the cornerstone of our efforts to address employment challenges and create opportunities for rangatahi and job seekers. This collaborative initiative was born out of a desire to listen to the experiences and needs of leading employers, with a focus on increasing employment opportunities within our community.

Career Pathways Program: In response to the insights gathered from the Leading Employers Group, the Rotorua Business Chamber, along with partners such as Toi Ohomai, Rotorua Lakes Council, Taiohi Turama, Putaki Nui, and the Ministry of Social Development, developed the Career Pathways program. These sector-specific events are designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and leading employers in Rotorua, providing invaluable networking opportunities and insights into various industries. Each event focuses on sectors crucial to the community's economic growth, offering attendees the chance to explore different career pathways and connect with employers actively seeking talent. Together with our partners, we're committed to empowering individuals to pursue their passions and unlock their full potential, creating pathways to success for all members of our community.
